Noen dager er det webinarer, andre ganger møter. Kjernetid er åtte til fire, og da er «butikken» åpen for kunder som tar kontakt i kundesenter.

Rita synes det er spennende med nye systemer og løsninger, men medgir at det også kan bli for mye. Men en av de største motivasjonsfaktorene er noe helt annet.
